SUBJECT : TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF HAULING ACTIVITIES FROM UPLB OFFICES TO THE SPMO JUNKYARD FOR UNSERVICEABLE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS FROM 14 TO 25 APRIL 2025
Please be advised that the SPMO Junkyard will implement a temporary freeze on hauling activities from 14 to 25 April 2025. During this period, the winning bidders from the recently concluded public auction are expected to claim/haul the six (6) awarded lots under Bid No. UPLB-D-001-25 dated 03 April 2025.
As stipulated in the Notice of Award (NOA), winning bidders are given ten (10) working days from receipt of the NOA to complete the hauling requirements. Should the hauling be completed earlier, an official announcement will be issued regarding the resumption of condemnation activities for PPE and other materials at the SPMO Junkyard.
