The other table of Purchase Orders for release have no confirmed date of availability of the end-users to pick the PO(s). Kindly call the SPMO for the scheduling of pick-up. You may opt to pick-up your PO(s) on Thursday (8:00 am to 2:30 pm) of 03 September 2020.
Observance of the mandatory health protocols during the pick-up is prescribed (the proper wearing of the face mask and the face shield; allowing oneself to temperature check at SPMO; filling-out of information in the logbook for contact tracing purposes; physical distancing of at least 2 meters; and the disinfection of hands with 70% alcohol or frequent washing of hands with soap and water).
