There is a 60-day deadline to submit the insurance claim notice and required documents. UPLB-SPMO ADVISORY No. 2024-003: SUPPLIERS REGISTRATION IN BULSA and PAVE

Please be informed that starting November 11, 2024, the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) will implement the following new information systems: Budget Utilization and Liquidation System Analytics (BULSA) and Procurement Assistant and Verification Environment (PAVE).

To facilitate this transition, suppliers must register in the system to enable the generation of Purchase Orders (POs) and/or Disbursement Vouchers (DVs). Therefore, we kindly request that suppliers and UPLB units complete the required information and upload scanned copies of the necessary documents through the following Google Form link:  Supplier Database
